They also may relieve headaches and nausea, relieve stress, and promote mental clarity.  

Serenity essential oil blend is blissful combination of lavender, Roman chamomile, bergamot and frankincense essential oils. This combination of oils has a calming yet uplifting scent that promotes relaxation and peacefulness. They may also help improve sleep quality, reduce restlessness and stress, boost mood, and increase feelings of comfort.
